This card was made out of high quality cardstock. The Larkspurs were handstamped and colored with Copic Sketch Markers. The background was embossed with script. The butterflies were diecut and tiny pearls were added to the middles. Polka dot patterned paper, machine stitching and saddle stitched ribbon with a pearl were added to finish it off.
Size of the card is 4.25 x 5.50 blank on the inside and comes with a plain white envelope.

Sometimes ideas come to you and sometimes they are given to you. This card was born of the latter: a friend asked me to create a sympathy card that was appropriately somber, with rich, dark colors that conveyed calm and peace. Pine trees in deep greens with the contours of a dark blue mountain and gray sky embody sentiments sometimes too difficult to express in words.
This 5"x7" card (image size approximately 4"x6") is hand-painted on soft white cardstock and comes with a matching envelope. Each card is titled and signed by me. Left "empty on the inside" for your message.

My daughter's name is Lily, so everytime I see a beautiful lily I take a photo of it. When she was born we planted a daylily garden next to our house and this beautiful shot was taken right there. The photo itself is printed on 80 lb. SU white cardstock so I could add shadow and distress the photo a little by hand. There is no shine to it and I sponged around the edges of all the layers of paper. You get 4 cards and four envelopes and all of the cards are blank on the inside so they can be for any occasion you need! The cards measure 5 1/4" by 4" and they fit into a regular A2 sized envelope. All the items are tied together and will be shipped in a vellem envelope for protection. I can also add a gift tag to the set, just tell me you want one in the comments section when you check out.
