Notes from the Artist:
Born into a family full of crafty (in the best sense!) women, my mother taught me the value of a hand-written greeting when I was barely able to form the letters. By day, I'm blessed to work with color and form as a commercial interior designer; late at night and on the weekends, my enthusiasm for papercrafts - handmade cards and other remembrances - is still going strong. The button at the heart of this butterfly came from my grandmother's old button box!
