I love to recycle!  This card is made from recycled advertising in
addition to card stock, patterned paper, and rubber stamps.  Instead
of filling a land field the advertisement has been made into a
beautiful card that you can share with someone special in your life.
The image really caught my attention because of the color of the tea.
It looks so beautiful and reflects the beautiful colors of Fall.

aesthetic. I create dimensional elements that literally "pop" off the
page as a focal point and pair them with just the right turn of
phrase. These holly-day cards were inspired by my love of drawing
holly as a child. I love how open ended they are, allowing them to
work for a multitude of winter holidays.

I bought some new fall paper and had a great time making this card. I made the embellishments by attaching leaf-patterned paper to some chipboard leaves and lightly inking the edges. This one could also work as a Thanksgiving card.

I wanted to feature a different line of cards that showcases punk, retro, or tattoo art. Our Pink Punk HI! card is an example of our some of our eclectic creations. You can also find another passion of mine in my Etsy shop. I LOVE Disney and I have many cards that feature characters from the Magical Kingdom, with many more to come. You'll see cards in my shop made from reproductions of vintage luggage labels. Another fun find of mine that I am enjoy playing with. My hope is that whoever receives one of my cards, launches a smile on their face and maybe a sprinkle of pixie dust in their heart!

I chose this card because I think she represents the season right now. I hand drew this image then added color on the computer. Im a graphic designer so all my cards usually start out that way. I always add a hint of glitter somewhere as well. This card has red glitter on her lips.

My images are carefully hand-cut and crafted from leftover scraps, and pasted onto a minimalist white background. A number of them are inspired by fairy tales. I try to evoke a particular feeling with my cards, and of course, the feeling depends on the individual who is looking at the card, which is why they are all blank inside.

While making a card to go along with a sewing project I realized that I enjoyed making the card more than the sewing. There is also that love of paper that has always been calling me!

The card I've chosen was a lot of fun to make. I've dry embossed the ornament to a white piece of cardstock and then again on the patterned paper, cut out the desired pieces and adhered them. The same patterned paper is used for the background.
