February Team Challenge: Luck of the Irish

March 17th is St. Patrick's Day so I thought it would be fitting to make February's Team Challenge, Luck of the Irish!

Here are a few facts about this day!
St. Paddy's Day or Paddy's Day, is an annual feast day which celebrates Saint Patrick (circa 385-461 AD), one of the patron saints of Ireland, and is generally celebrated on March 17.
The date of the feast is occasionally and controversially, moved by church authorities when March 17 falls during Holy Week, this happened in 1940 when Saint Patrick's Day was observed on April 3 due to Palm Sunday and in 2008 when it was moved to March 15.  March 17 will not fall during Holy Week again until 2160.

All entries will be posted on the blog on February 26th and we welcome votes of your favorites from both team members and readers!

As a BONUS to our readers, we will randomly select a reader who votes on their favorite card, to receive the winning posted entry.
This will be open to both Team members and readers, so be sure to vote!

Here are the guidelines for team members who wish to participate in this challenge:

1. Be sure to submit a full-size greeting card (at least 3.5 x 5 inches)
2. Be sure your source image is SQUARE
3. Be sure the theme of your card is St. Patrick's Day
4. Please tag your creation in your Etsy Shop as "luckoftheirish"

I will select your card and upload it to the blog for voting!  Please have your card in your shop and tagged by February 24th.
