Friday Feature: mrscmvinke

1. Tell us about you and your shop.
casey vinke. short and stout. dark brown hair. blue eyes. tattooed. special education teacher. newlywed. californian.

mrscmvinke.etsy.com .fun. quirky. girly. thoughtful. handmade. embellished.

2. How did you get started in your craft?
About six years ago, a coworker of mine (who had worked for product at a scrapbook store) randomly gave me tons of paper and embellishments, just for fun. I began tinkering with what she gave me and I loved it! I found a local scrapbook store and started taking classes to learn about the newest techniques and products. I then got my mom into the hobby… so now we’ve got a family affair (though now she has loads more crafty tools than I).

3. What tool can you not live without?
My crop-a-dile… hole punch, setter, hammer. I use lots of eyelets and punch lots of holes…so this tool is convenient and perfect for me! (though I see on amazon that it does snaps too? I didn’t even know that!)

4. What inspires you?
browsing the web. crafty paper magazines. team member’s pages. colors. paper design. seasons. mood.

5. Name one favorite item from your store.

This is an awesome "to do" book I created for all of you planners out there!
